Return Policy

GreenGears Auto Limited is committed to providing quality used OEM auto parts and a transparent return process. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Prior return authorization is required before sending any item back


2. Used Auto Parts – Important Notice

All products sold by GreenGears Auto Limited are used OEM automotive parts unless otherwise stated.
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use may be present.

Installation may be required to verify functionality. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged due to improper installation, modification, or misuse.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or documentation.

If approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • No restocking fee will apply


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery

  • Item is returned in resalable condition

  • Item has not been damaged or altered

Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection and handling costs.

Refund Method:
Change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable

Return instructions and return addresses will be provided after approval.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund


7. Fulfillment & Returns Location

GreenGears Auto Limited is a UK-registered company serving customers in the United States.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States, and approved returns are processed through our U.S.-based partner facilities.
